cocoa powder . 1 cup
milk powder 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence. 1 tsp
Cocoa Butter. 1 cup
sugar powder. to taste

You can make Friendship Day even more special by making chocolates at home. To make homemade chocolate, first take a vessel and put it on the gas to heat it on medium flame. After this add cocoa butter. After some time, when the cocoa butter melts and becomes hot, add powdered sugar according to taste and mix with the help of a spoon. After cooking for some time, the sugar powder will become homogeneous with the butter.
When the sugar and butter become homogeneous, add cocoa powder and milk powder to it and mix both while stirring with a spoon and let it cook for some more time. While stirring the mixture, add vanilla essence to it. Now turn off the gas and whisk the mixture until the paste becomes completely smooth. After this, take a chocolate mold and put the prepared chocolate paste in it.

After filling the chocolate mixture in the chocolate mold, tap the mold lightly two or three times on a flat surface, so that air, if present in the paste, comes out and sets well. Now keep the chocolate mold in the fridge for 2-3 hours, so that the chocolate can solidify well. When the chocolate hardens, take it out of the mould. Specially made homemade chocolate for friends is ready to serve.
